When you buy any Mr. Steam Residential Control or Accessory in the U.S. or Canada, you're protected by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of your purchase.
Covered items include:

If any of these items stop working due to a manufacturing defect, Mr. Steam will repair or replace them at no cost.
Just return the product to the designated location within 2 years of your purchase date.

This warranty doesn’t apply if your item was:

Used outside a residential space

Damaged by local water conditions

Installed or used it not following the manual

You’re responsible for the removal or reinstallation costs

Freight charges must be approved before shipping

Order Confirmation & Shipping
When Will You Know Your Order Has Shipped?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

We’ll pre-authorize your credit card and check with our suppliers to confirm stock.

If your item is unavailable or backordered, we’ll void the pre-authorization and email you.

If your item is in stock, we’ll process the payment and prepare it for shipment.
When Will Your Order Ship?

In-stock items ship within 5 business days of payment processing.

You’ll receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

If you don’t get tracking info within 6 business days, email us at support@saunasking.com.

Damaged Shipments

Inspect your package when it arrives.

If you notice damage, note it when signing for delivery.

Send photos of the damage to support@saunasking.com, and we’ll handle the insurance claim for you.
Custom Orders
Cancellations for Custom or Made-to-Order Products

Custom-made products cannot be cancelled or refunded.

These items are built specifically for you once your order is placed.

You can exchange your product, but you are responsible for the shipping costs.

Not all orders are eligible for return after they have shipped.

We work directly with manufacturers, so if they don’t allow returns, we can’t process one.

Fees for Returns

Outright returns incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs.

If you’re replacing the product, we may help cover some of the costs, depending on the item.
Refund Process

Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the product is returned and inspected.
