• It’s protected inside an extra-thick cardboard box

Freight Delivery Details (Read This!)

Your sauna ships by truck (LTL freight) on a large, oversized pallet.
This means:

• The shipping company will call you to schedule delivery

• They need a working phone number to set the appointment

• The driver lowers it to the curb — not inside your home

• You’re responsible for moving the sauna into place

• Make sure someone is available to accept the delivery

• Plan ahead for moving the unit from the curb to your space
