My mitochondria are both happy and panicked! When I sit into the ice bath you can hear weak mitochondria crying in unison as they die! Simultaneously, you can hear new mitochondria being born in MUCH greater numbers than those weak, old mitos! My fat has turned brown and bioactive being loaded with a rebirth of metabolic health! I love this unit despite the initial "getting used to it", but now I have no problem jumping in at 50 degrees for 5 minutes a few times a week.
