Please contact our customer service team at support@saunasking.com with photos and a detailed description of the issue. One of our friendly support specialists will assess the damage and offer a replacement or store credit based on the extent of the damage. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every order.
Fast & Reliable Shipping on All Sauna Stoves
We know you're eager to enjoy your new sauna experience. Once you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email right away. We’ll then verify stock availability with our suppliers. If the item is ready to ship within 5 business days, we’ll process your payment and prepare your shipment.
If your sauna stove is out of stock or on backorder, we’ll notify you promptly and void any pre-authorizations.
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send tracking information within 24 hours. If you haven't received tracking details within 6 business days, please reach out to us at support@saunasking.com.

Receiving Your Shipment

Please note that custom or made-to-order sauna products cannot be canceled or refunded. These items are built specifically to your specifications once your order is placed.

Returns & Exchanges
If you need to exchange your sauna stove or accessory, we’ll work with you. However, customers are responsible for all return and shipping costs.
Not all items are eligible for return once shipped. Some manufacturers do not accept returns, which limits our ability to process them on your behalf. Please check with us to confirm your item’s return eligibility.
Due to rising freight costs, all returns (not due to damage or defect) are subject to:

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Saunas King reserves the right to withhold a refund until the returned item is confirmed to be in resalable condition.
