If your device experiences a defect during the warranty period due to faulty materials or assembly, Saunum’s recommended repair partners will repair or replace the device—or its defective part—at no cost to you for labor or spare parts. Saunum will determine whether to replace the defective component or provide a new device. Any replaced parts remain the property of Saunum.
Warranty Conditions
To ensure your warranty is valid, the following conditions must be met:
Installation Report:
A completed installation report must be submitted with your warranty claim.
Professional Installation:
The device must be connected to the power network by a qualified electrician, following all applicable regulations.
Warranty Periods:
Private Saunas:The warranty period istwo (2) years.
Public Saunas:The warranty period isone (1) year.

Order Confirmation & Shipping
When Will You Know Your Order Has Shipped?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
We’ll pre-authorize your credit card and check with our suppliers to confirm stock.
If your item is unavailable or backordered, we’ll void the pre-authorization and email you.
If your item is in stock, we’ll process the payment and prepare it for shipment.
When Will Your Order Ship?
In-stock items ship within 5 business days of payment processing.
You’ll receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

Shipping Restrictions
We only ship within the lower 48 states in the USA.
Damaged Shipments
Inspect your package when it arrives.
If you notice damage, note it when signing for delivery.
Send photos of the damage to support@saunasking.com, and we’ll handle the insurance claim for you.
Custom Orders
Cancellations for Custom or Made-to-Order Products
Custom-made products cannot be cancelled or refunded.
These items are built specifically for you once your order is placed.

All sales are final for custom-made and made-to-order products.

Exchanges
You can exchange your product, but you are responsible for the shipping costs.
Returns
Not all orders are eligible for return after they have shipped.
We work directly with manufacturers, so if they don’t allow returns, we can’t process one.

Fees for Returns
Outright returns incur a 25% cancellation fee plus return shipping costs.
If you’re replacing the product, we may help cover some of the costs, depending on the item.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the product is returned and inspected.
Refunds are only processed if:

The goods are inspected and found undamaged.
