Saunum will determine whether to replace the defective component or provide a new device. Any replaced parts remain the property of Saunum.

We’ll pre-authorize your credit card and check with our suppliers to confirm stock.
If your item is unavailable or backordered, we’ll void the pre-authorization and email you.
