Warranty Information
Saunum is committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. With the Saunum equipment warranty, youāre protected against material and manufacturing defects for a specified period after your purchase.
If your device experiences a defect during the warranty period due to faulty materials or assembly, Saunumās recommended repair partners will repair or replace the deviceāor its defective partāat no cost to you for labor or spare parts. Saunum will determine whether to replace the defective component or provide a new device. Any replaced parts remain the property of Saunum.
Warranty Conditions
To ensure your warranty is valid, the following conditions must be met:

Installation Report:
- A completed installation report must be submitted with your warranty claim.

Professional Installation:
- The device must be connected to the power network by a qualified electrician, following all applicable regulations.

Warranty Periods:
- Private Saunas: The warranty period is two (2) years.
- Public Saunas: The warranty period is one (1) year.
